About Val Saint-Come

Val Saint-Come is located in Quebec's snow belt and gets abundant snowfall during the ski season.A state of the art snowmaking system ensures that the snow conditions are excellent all winter long.

The four lifts, including a high-speed detachable quad chair keep lift lines to a minimum. Skiers and snowboarders can enjoy the 21 varied trails, a half-pipe and alpine park.

The scenery is beautiful and provides many a skier with a feeling of freedom from the daily grind.

Children are an important part of Val Saint-Come. A day care center takes care of the smallest ones, while older kids can learn the joys of skiing with qualified ski instructors.

Snowboarders will enjoy the half-pipe and the snowboard park.

Val Saint-Come is located 200 km (125 miles) from Quebec City and 160 km (100 miles) from Montreal.

About Stoneham Ski Area

Located less than 20 minutes from beautiful Quebec City, Stoneham Ski Resort awaits you with great skiing, top-notch facilities, high quality services and that very special atmosphere Quebec City is famous for.

Stoneham offers great skiing conditions on 300 acres. Of those, 185 acres are lit terrain for night skiing, the largest night skiing network in Canada.

Runs are spread out over four mountains and are well served by 10 lifts. Due to its location in a horseshoe shaped valley, Stoneham is protected from winds, which improves snow quality and overall comfort.

Private and group lessons are available daily, and there are a variety of packages to suit almost every need, including a money back guaranteed "learn-to-ski in three days" package offered to those who have never skied.

Kids are well taken care of at Stoneham. A day care center is available, as is Children Island, an outdoor park where children can have fun and learn the basics of skiing with qualified ski instructors.

Condo and hotel accommodations can be had slopeside and at the base of the mountain.

Other services include restaurants, lounges, a skating rink and 20 km of cross-country trails.

Owl's Head Ski Mountain is situated in the heart of the Eastern Townships of Quebec nestled against the USA border of Vermont State. It is located approximately 145 km east of Montreal, Quebec and 25 km south of the town of Magog.

40 years of Owl’s Head. On December 18th, 1965 Mr. Fred Korman opened the doors of Owl’s Head Ski Area for the very first time. What started as a hobby for this electrician from Mansonville has now grown to a 4 season resort that provides some of the best skiing in Quebec as well as one of the top rated golf courses in the province. Keeping with the rich heritage of the region, the Korman’s decided to keep the native Abeniki name of Owl’s Head in respect to the ancient culture and the great Chief Owl.

The mountain terrain offers a perfect mix for every ability level making it a great family choice for a ski getaway.

The panoramic views of Lake Memphremagog and area are unbelievable. Some of the runs will leave you breathless as you are skiing right into the Lake. Great views of Vermont & New England can be experience on most sunny days.

Food and warm shelter are never far away in the rustic Owl's Head ski lodge. The Owl's Head lodge features a children's nursery and day care center, rental shop, ski school, ski shop, locker area, drop-off zone and plenty of free parking.

Mont-Sainte-Anne, built by the Quebec government in 1965, but sold to private investors, has three faces and 56 trails covering 428 acres of terrain -- the largest range of trails in eastern Canada. But 20 years before the official opening of the ski area, Mont-Sainte-Anne was the host, in February 1947, of the Alpine Skiing Canadian Championships. This event was the first in a long list of major competitions that would happen here.
